Who is a Manini Traveler?

Those with a young and adventurous enthusiasm for life. Those who prefer to protect the planet we inhabit through ecologically and socially responsible tourism while they take in all the beauty the world has to offer.

Our trips vary in physical rigor depending on the location and the excursions included. We’ve included a rating system for each of our trips to clarify what sort of physical ability is required. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us and we’ll happily help you book a trip that is perfect for you!

Lodging (double rooms), planned activities, transportation to the activities, professional photography, and food where indicated are included in the trip fee. Answer

You are responsible for securing your own flights and travel insurance. You will also be responsible for knowing what vaccines and travel precautions there are for the specific destinations, although The Manini Experience will do our best to pass along current and pertinent information. You can find guidelines here: http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel

Travel insurance, especially when going out of the Unites States, has proven time and time again to be beneficial in regards to monetary reimbursement for expenses incurred from unexpected illnesses and injury, repatriation and even trip cancellation reimbursement.

Philanthropy

“We are responsible for the world in which we find ourselves, if only because we are the only sentient force which can change it.” -James Baldwin

We believe you can’t truly enjoy life without helping others enjoy life.  That’s why we provide at least one philanthropic opportunity on each of our trips.  Whether it’s cleaning beaches, working with rescue animals, building houses, or teaching children, we’re committed to giving back to the communities that welcome us with such open arms.  We also strive to run an ecologically responsible business, eliminating the use of paper products when possible, seeking accommodations that are environmentally conscious, and utilizing fuel efficient transportation when available.
